We thank you for your business in the past and look forward to serving you in the future.

Please let us know how we can do a better job of providing you with audio recordings from
the  2011 upcoming meeting.  Our CD-ROM is our most popular product and we would like to know how we can make it better.

I have received feedback from a few of you already and we will do a better job of obtaining the PowerPoint Presentations/handouts from the speakers.  We will coordinate the effort in advance and set up a process at the meeting for the speakers to easily provide us their files.   Another suggestion was to make the CD-ROM searchable so it will be easier to find a speaker and topic.

Can we do a better job with the quality of the recordings?   Is the pricing reasonable? Please let us know how we can improve!
